• Shay camera= more realistic, unsetting, as if it’s running with her ,makes sense for the scene=during district 12 opening.

Music - Capital video -major -saying it is a good -war in the past was worse

• Rest of the music- minor -  Children are terrified 

Dialogue- Reading out the names 

• -calm at the first,then screaming( I volunteer as tribute- sister bond 
• District 12 first volumteer 
• Effie-Surprised Volunteer make her feel better- would get promotion   ,excited- entainment,calm-doesn't have to sacrifice  

Camera shots- Close up-Katniis’s reaction to film’s name. 

• -Effie-about to read out names(see her make up how she is different to everyone else- show she is rich).
• Medium range-Effie takes katniss & peta away - When katniss is in the crowd.
• Long/wide shots - Effie looking out-to see the mass of people.
• Pening shots -when people show respect and lift their fingers for her.

• Just killing everyone cause resentment - Capital don't want to kill everyone, they need them.

• Close up - of rose - pruning - metaphor for his 'perfect society' for control.

Music- Sad - minor - powerful 

• Enhanced the drama 
• No lyrics - Emphasise her words, adds to the death of the scene.

Dialogue- Willing to die together 

• Katniss rebelling against the propaganda of 'their has to be a victor'.
• Voice over urgently saying 'stop' Katniss has beaten them at their own game
